However, if personal data referring to a natural person is entered in the course of collecting corporate data, that person is a data subject for all purposes and enjoys the protections set out in the Regulation.<\/p>\n We process data in order to carry out the activities connected with the service you ask us for. Processing is lawful, fair and carried out with the utmost confidentiality, by analogue and digital means and with appropriate security measures. Data is never publicly disclosed.<\/p>\n When you fill in the quotation form we collect your name, email address, phone number, place of departure and arrival, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers and children, luggage, any flight, train or ferry number, and the notes you leave us. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and, for sending you the summary by email, your consent. We use this data only to reply with a quote and check availability.<\/p>\n From the contact form and the vehicle availability form we collect your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. The legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the box before sending, and the data is used solely to reply to you.<\/p>\n If you complete a booking we collect, in addition to the journey details, the personal and contact data needed to perform the service and, where requested, your billing details. The legal basis is the performance of the transport contract and, for accounting records, compliance with legal obligations. Payment card details do not pass through our systems and are not stored by us: they are handled directly by the payment service provider.<\/p>\n In their normal operation, the site’s computer systems and software acquire certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols, including the IP address. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in the security of its systems and in preventing abuse.<\/p>\n We keep data for as long as it takes to fulfil the purposes described above, after which it is deleted.<\/p>\n We disclose data to all parties to whom disclosure is required by law or for the fulfilment of the purposes laid down by legislation.<\/p>\n We also rely on certain companies and IT tools that process personal data solely in the controller’s interest and that have been duly appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR: the hosting provider, email services, the platform running the site’s forms, and the staff and drivers assigned to carry out the transfer, who receive only the data needed for the journey. The list of data processors is held at the registered office and may be requested by writing to info@locridetransfers.com.<\/p>\n Data is also disclosed to payment service providers, which act as independent data controllers under their own privacy notices.<\/p>\n Personal data is managed and stored on servers located in Italy and the European Union, as well as at the other parties involved in the processing, including countries outside the EU. Some services embedded in the site, such as the Google maps used in the booking form, may involve a transfer to third countries: in those cases the controller ensures that the transfer complies with the GDPR, on the basis of adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n The site uses technical cookies and, subject to consent, statistical cookies.
