Locride Transfers<\/p>\n
This page sets out how we handle cancellations and refunds. It forms part of the Terms and conditions<\/a>, which govern the contract in full.<\/p>\n Cancellation must be notified in writing, stating the reason, to info@locridetransfers.com<\/a> or to Locride Transfers, via Letticugna 70, 89048 Siderno (RC), Italy. It takes effect from the date and time we receive the notice, not from when you send it: if the journey is imminent, please also call us on +39 366 188 12 66.<\/p>\n Unless stated otherwise in the booking confirmation, the following charges apply to the total amount:<\/p>\n Any charges applied by other suppliers involved in the service are added to these, together with a reasonable amount covering the administrative costs incurred.<\/p>\n You are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid if the service is not provided through the fault of Locride Transfers, for example if the vehicle does not turn up or becomes unavailable and we cannot cover the journey with an equivalent solution.<\/p>\n We accept no responsibility for costs arising from the cancellation or disruption of ferry services caused by bad weather, mechanical breakdown, suspension of sailings or any other cause beyond our control. If the flight, train or ferry given at the time of booking is delayed, the driver waits at no extra charge and we reschedule the pick-up where possible.<\/p>\n Unless agreed otherwise, the refund is made to the original payee, less any cancellation charges and other applicable costs. Payments received by bank transfer are refunded to the payer’s account in the same currency as the original payment; cash payments made in a foreign currency are refunded in euro at the buying rate published on the day of the refund. Refunds are issued within fourteen days of the request being accepted; how long the money then takes to arrive depends on the payment network.<\/p>\n Under Article 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal provided for distance purchases does not apply to passenger transport services to be performed on a specific date.
